Registration and Fees

Please Note: Currently we are full, and the waitlist is closed.  Please check back here in early April, and if there is room the form will be available here. Thank you for your interest.

The Club has pre-registration for current members in early April. Qualified siblings will have priority in filling vacancies as space becomes available. A registration form is to be completed and returned with 3 cheques made out to the Glenmore Seals Swim Club as noted below:

  1. Registration fee with current date
  2. 1st term fee payment dated August 15
  3. 2nd term fee payment dated December 15

The amounts of each cheque will be communicated at the time of registration.

These fees cover the cost of the pool rental, coaches, awards, ribbons, trophies, Club equipment and supplies.

If the registration form, signed by both the swimmer and parent, and three cheques are not received for a swimmer by the registration deadline, then that swimmer will not be registered for the upcoming swim season.

Any swimmers who know they will not be returning to the Club are requested to let the Membership Registrar know promptly.

Fees will not be refunded once a cheque has been cashed. Parents should notify the Club prior to the dates noted should a swimmer wish to withdraw.

Tryouts are held in late April to assess whether siblings or other non-members are qualified to join the Club.
